When is the next Street Music Days?
The next (fifth) Debrecen Street Music Days 25-26 July 2025, will take place on Friday and Saturday.
Where is the event taking place?
The event In Debrecen, will take place in several pre-designated outdoor locations. Current venues can be found under the programmes menu.
Do I need to buy a pass?
No. All Street Music Days events are free of charge. No entry fee, no wristband - just come, listen to the music and have fun.
What music can I expect?
The performers vary in style: folk, jazz, blues, pop, indie, acoustic rock, world music - and everything that works on the street. The aim of the programme is to bring together as many different musical worlds as possible in the city, so you're guaranteed to find something that surprises you and something you'll enjoy listening to.

Will you keep it in case of rain?
Yes, as much as possible. The event is outdoors, so the weather is also a major factor. If it's only light rain, the musicians often take over - if a major storm is expected, we may change or suspend some venues. We will always keep you informed about this in good time on our social media channels.
Are there vendors, food vendors, accompanying programs?
The event is primarily about music, so it is not accompanied by a fair or food truck festival. That said, the venues have been deliberately chosen so that there are several catering outlets within 20-30 metres of each other.
Can I take my dog?
Of course. The event is outdoors and everyone is welcome - whether on two or four legs. All we ask is that you keep your pet on a leash for the peace of mind of others.
